What I collect
When you submit a consultation request or newsletter signup, I collect the name, email, phone number, due date, and message you choose to share. Nothing more is gathered from your visit beyond basic, anonymous traffic statistics.
How it's used
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate care, and, if you opt in, send occasional resource emails. I never sell or trade your details.
Confidentiality of care
Details of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience are kept strictly confidential and shared only with your written permission, or where required by law to protect someone's safety.
Your choices
You may request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@nurtureupdoula.com. Newsletter emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.
