Terms of Service
Scope of doula care
Doula support is non-clinical. I do not perform medical tasks, diagnose conditions, offer medical advice, or make decisions on your behalf. Information shared is educational and is never a substitute for guidance from your midwife or physician.
Booking and payment
A signed agreement and deposit reserve your date. Remaining balances are due by 37 weeks for birth support, or before the final scheduled visit for postpartum care. Monthly payment plans and HSA/FSA payments are welcome.
Backup care
In the rare event I cannot attend your birth, a vetted backup doula from my collective will step in. You'll be introduced ahead of time whenever possible.
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future pregnancy. Unused postpartum hours are refundable with two weeks' notice.
